here some things ive done for it... and bam bam, i added that walk way deal like you said for the spawn exits

On the spawn exit I would add another way to come out. Whether it be that brick wall not going all the way to the wall, or a totally different door. With only a single exit there is no suprise for snipers and thats not good.
