it isnt showing any activity for the server though, must be down as of right now

I just checked at http://www.whatismyip.com/ and my IP has not changed since I last posted. Yesterday, my server tried to write to an uninitialized SizeBuffT (or something like that) and it waited about 5 hours for me to click OK before it would finish closing so it could relaunch.

thats freaky, as when i polled empyre.no-ip.org it gave me that ip above. you have 2 ips now?

I see what's happening there. My other computer that I use as my server has been down for a while, and I have been running the server on my main computer instead. My no-ip client was running on the other computer, not this one, so it hasn't been updated in months. Soon, I will have the other computer running again, and I will make sure it has the no-ip client running on it. My empyre.no-ip.org IP will be incorrect until then.

I just checked, and my IP is still the same. The server is running and has players on it as I type this.

My IP changed yet again. It is now 76.183.197.84

The last time it changed was 12-19-08, and now it changed again at 6-18-09, exactly 6 months later. That might not be a coincidence.
